Remembering our dearly departed at Christmas

For those who have lost a loved one in 2020, it’s been a particularlydifficult time. Denied the usual rituals of a funeral service, due to Covid-19, the grief and loss of a loved one is particularly felt at that time of year.

“The Christmas Memorial Service is held annually in our Funeral Home but “given the current COVID – related restrictions on gatherings we decided to bring it not only to the families we served but to those who may have been finding the days, weeks and months following the loss of their loved ones very difficult and more so, during the Christmas period. We encouraged them to join us and to be a part of our special night and to light a candle in memory of their loved one which was held on Sunday December 20th at 8 p.m.
